Patient information booklets

The AF Association produces a range of patient information booklets, AF checklists and pamphlets for medical professionals. All materials published have been approved by an AF medical executive committee (AFA MAC) and endorsed by The Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand.


Atrial fibrillation checklist

A checklist intended to help a patient collate his/her full information, medical history and questions the patient may have, when attending an appointment with a cardiologist or electrophysiologist.
