Information about support groups for people with AF

Support Groups

Our community support groups aim to provide both physical and emotional support to patients living with arrhythmias. Through our educational resources, community partners and heart health devices, we are able to provide patients with the the support that the need to live their best lives.

Due to Corona Virus our meetings are greatly reduced, the below dates may be subject to change, cancellation, or may be held via video chat:

 

Cambridge Heartbeats - Arbury Community Centre - Tuesday 19th October- 2.00pm 

 

Frimley Park ICD Support Group - St Francis' Church, Camberley - Tuesday 26th October - 4.00pm

 

Frome AF Support Group - Zoom - Monday 22nd November - 1.30pm-3.00pm (This has been opened up to patients from all locations)

The group is facilitated by Helen Hodgson, Helen is a Highly Specialist Cardiac Physiologist with a special interest in AF.

 

Devon & Exeter ICD Support Group - Monday 29th November - Exeter Racecourse - 2.00pm-5.00pm

 

Salford Heart Care - are running weekly Zoom meetings, for local patients to connect & support each other
