Syncope Healthcare Pioneers Report
Showcasing Best Practice In Syncope
IN MEMORY OF DR ADAM FITZPATRICK
28 DECEMBER 1956 – 19 JANUARY 2020
The arrhythmia community suffered a great loss with the unexpected death of Dr Adam Fitzpatrick on Sunday 19th January 2020. STARS and its' sister charities have lost a passionate and committed member of our team. However, his legacy will live on with the ground-breaking research he published and his unique way of improving and delivering first-class arrhythmia services.
STARS, Arrhythmia Alliance and AF Association are pleased to announce that his memory will live on through the STARS – Syncope Healthcare Pioneers Report, showcasing best practice in memory of Dr Adam Fitzpatrick. The pace of change has been rapid in this field of medicine and STARS have set up an award for Healthcare Pioneers working in syncope, to identify innovative and positive advances in the way diagnosis and treatment for syncope has been established in leading centres. These ideas are collated into the Healthcare Pioneers Report on an annual basis. Download the full report HERE
